All of the items we ship are fully protected in transit so should any of the goods arrive damaged you will have the option to ask for a full refund. Please note that unique pieces cannot be replaced.

If you change your mind within 14 days form receiving your order you can safely return the product back in it's original condition and packaging to ELEVATE for a full refund. You will have to cover the cost of the return postage. This policy applies to all products however excludes items Made to Order and as well as Bespoke Furniture.
